Canada Top Celebrity Chefs

Canada’s top culinary stars and a number of Ottawa’s most popular chefs showcased the newest culinary trends and cuisine at the 2nd Annual Celebrity Chefs of Canada event held in Ottawa at the National Arts Centre. National chefs were invited to collaborate with a local chef to create a one- of-a-kind dish during the live cooking demonstrations. Samples of the unique creations together with wine pairings were made available to the event guests at the food and wine tasting reception. The event culminated with a chic after-party.

Vikram Vij, Vij’s (Vancouver) paired with local chef Cesare Santaguida, Vittoria Trattoria (Ottawa)

Jeremy Charles, Raymond’s (St. John’s) paired with local chef Jonathan Korecki, Side Door (Ottawa)

Ned Bell, Four Seasons Hotel (Vancouver) paired with local chef Patricia Larkin, Black Cat Bistro (Ottawa)

Jason Bangerter, O&B Canteen | Luma (Toronto) paired with local chef Jason Duffy, ARC Lounge (Ottawa)

Quang Dang, West Restaurant (Vancouver) paired with local chef Marc Lepine, Atelier (Ottawa)
